Faith
“Faith begins where memory ends. It partners with the unknown to yield what we cannot yet imagine.”
Faith in art is about showing up when nothing is guaranteed. It’s the quiet trust that a piece will reveal itself if you keep working, that collaborators will catch you if you fall, that risk will lead somewhere worth going, even if the landing is unclear. Faith thrives in the messy middle, when the urge to control is strongest and proof is nowhere in sight. It’s not about believing the work will succeed—it’s about loving it enough to stay.
